To file this form you need to go to the official website for the USCIS and find the link there. They will accept old editions of the form, but for safety you should try to get the most current one. All others must file with the Vermont Service Center.
Providing proof of marriage is not hard, but sending in a marriage certificate is not enough. Remember to include utility bills, jointly held accounts, loans, or property documents, vacations (include photos and recipts), and child related documentation. Testimonials can also be sent in, and may help your case if you are low on other forms for evidence. Remember, it is this proof that counts the most to successfully gaining a lift on your residency restrictions.
